Things That Must Exist, Somewhere
I just haven't found them yet...
1. GoldenEye slash. I know James Bond is supposed to be a lady's man, but that movie...so, so slashy.
2. Lucifer's fandom. Where is it? It must exist. I know comics fandoms are on average pretty small (smaller than they deserve to be, I feel), and I know I just got hooked myself, but...damn, y'all. This book is good, and it needs a fandom like, stat. And while we're at it...
3. New comics slash. If it's out there, I've read it. Probably twice. I check x_slash like, once a day. Now, I ain't talkin' Batman and Robin. While I cannot deny the slashiness, that's never been my pairing of choice. I want Ultimates Colossus, I want The Authority's OTP, I want any universe Jean-Paul Beaubier ever breathed in. My love for the snark that is JP knows no bounds, y'all, and he gets nowhere near enough love.

Telly just hasn't found them yet...

2. Vampire Games fic, period.

The Package Fairy

The package fairy visited me! I have bookses! And CDses! *glows* And TR finally came over and dyed my hair, and we watched half of Ned Kelly and talked about bookses (she really likes Neil Gaiman and also Robin McKinley, both of whom I introduced her to) and CDses (she is interested in Heather Dale, whose CD was playing) and comic bookses (she really liked the scan I showed her of Lucifer's ass). I am TR's cultural ambassador. At the moment I have her reading Harry Potter, and after Harry Potter, more Robin McKinley, then Tithe, Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy, and Good Omens, which is about the only Gneil book she hasn't read at this point. (See, TR's job frequently requires her standing around doing nothing for long periods, so she reads. I am her lending library.)

I will turn her into an utter nerd if it kills me yet.

My hair is really red, and I don't even have the usual dye headache.

Even so, tonight is...not a good night. I'm having a period of 'Oh God why did I take Russian I suck at this' combined with 'Agh I am going to fail this astronomy test, I just know it.' And I'm really tired for some reason, and I desperately need to study. It's just...yeah. Not good.

But I shall persevere.
