Oh! Oh! I just opened a Pepsi! AND I WON! Free song, baby!

This wouldn't be nearly as exciting as it is, except for the fact that the Pepsi before this was my twenty-third consecutive non-winning bottle cap. After number fourteen, I eschewed all other soft drinks in a blatant campaign to find a winning cap.

And I finally won! This is truly a momentous occasion.

Suggestions for the song I should get with my winning cap?

You could download We Are The Champions to celebrate your victory.

What, did you leave a cassette tape in your car for too long? (Do you think that works for CDs, too?)

I think that must've been what happened.

You DO realize that you just spent 24 dollars on a song you could have gotten off iTunes for less than a buck?

And that's the LEGAL option.

Yes, but don't you see? I was at war with the odds. Now I can go back to drinking apple juice and overpriced lattes like a normal person.

Ah yes, the War on Odds. The lesser known operation in Homeland Security.

What song did you get?

I haven't chosen yet. Any suggestions?

I only have Wannabe by Spice Girls in my head because of that dang commercial.

So in other words, no.

Also, I spent twenty-four dollars on sodas and a song.

It doesn't hurt too horribly much that I do like Pepsi.

Devils and Angels by Toby Lightman. My sister forced me to buy the entire CD from iTunes for her, and man, am I happy about that. Every time that song comes on it makes me in a good mood, and I see NO one talking about her.
