So How's My Day Been?

Gyah. It is entirely possible I'm about to pass out at this computer. And really, there's no reason for me to even be awake now, other than wanting to post an LJ entry before I sleep. This is how much I love you guys.

1. So, my termite problem, not so much a thing of the past as previously hoped. They are now boring holes in my walls. I flicked off some of the wallboard pulp from one of the holes and live larvae fell out. AAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHH. My parents came and got the cats this afternoon and the pest control guy is going to come out again and if the problem is anything like as big as it seems to be, my mother thinks I'll have to move out of this apartment. FAN-BLOODY-TASTIC.

2. I interviewed with the pastor for my job this afternoon and it went well. He said he's going to recommend me to the hiring committee and in the meantime I can just go ahead and start working. So that's good.

3. My three writing final projects are done, except for some editing on the Sparta one. I was going to go ahead and turn it in Tuesday, but then I decided, "No, this can be better," so I'm going to fix it up. It's not due until Friday. I turned in one today, and the Crack Romance Novel gets turned in tomorrow, and then I just have my finals in Shakespeare and Russian.

3a. Russian is going to kick my ass. So, so hard.

4. I sleep now?

I second the ARGH with the larvae. *shudders* Ick. I hope it's not that bad.

(Also, I first read 'they are now boring holes in my wall' as 'there are now boring holes in my wall', and I was all, there are interesting holes? Except unfortunately it seems there are, in that 'may you live in interesting times' kind of way.)

Ah!Ah! Oh, I am so sorry because that sucks beyond the telling of it. Anything else I say is just going to make it worse, because my paranoia is swarming, but I'm thinking of you.
