The good thing about tomato salad is that, if you already have the ingredients on hand, it's ready in like five minutes. It is also delicious and requires no actual cooking.
The bad thing about tomato salad is that, like many things, it's impossible to make if one does not have any olive oil. *sob*
I guess I could run to the store. Or just put straight-up balsamic vinegar on it...hmmm.
