Mmmm Triathletes

sadlikeknivesAs I was driving to class today I noticed a pack of bicyclists on the main road--rare, to say the least. Then I saw the road sign: 'Warning: Olympic Athletes Training. Watch For Athletes In Roadway.' For you see, the US triathlon trials are this weekend in Tuscaloosa. The town is full of world-class athletes. It's very exciting. It's also going to be crazy, which is why I'm probably leaving town this weekend.
Anyway, I got to the place where I turn into campus, which is right across the road from the river, and had to pause...to allow the US Army triathlon team to jog across the road on their way down to the river for a swim. It was beautiful, y'all.
