Life Is Unfair
Jun. 9th, 2008 06:17 pmI have to build a basic personal website for class by tomorrow. I'm currently wibbling at the opening screen of Dreamweaver. We did not discuss Dreamweaver in class, we did hand-coding, after about half an hour of which I said, "Screw this," and bought the heavily student-discounted software. "Why didn't you just get the 30-day free trial?" you might ask. Two reasons for that: according to my professor it won't be available until July, and while other people say, "No that's not true, you can totally get it now," I also know that one of the other professors tends to make people do websites, so. I may very well need it again.
In one of my other tabs is my e-mail inbox, where basically my perfect job is being advertised. The Orange Beach Public Library is looking for a young adult librarian. YA librarian is one of my two possible job paths (depending on what the frak gets offered next spring...) and it's at the beach! Tragically I don't graduate until next freaking May. So unfair.
In repetitive news, please click little Complaining Dragon and Chlamydia (and the unnameds, You'd Better Be a Boy and Eggy McEggerson). Your clicks help keep them alive and make me not go D:! Especially the white one, Complaining Dragon. I would like to at least see some wings on the little guy.
