For those of you who were concerned, I'm still alive. Though after the cops went away, the construction crews started up at like, six AM, so I'm a little cranky and tired right now. Learning that I'd have to buy a ticket to go to the gymnastics meet (usually, students get in free, but this is an NCAA meet) made me even more cranky. Grr. The world sucks.

Nobody on my friendslist has mentioned it, so I will, because I think it's sweet. Prince Charles and Camilla got married today. William is growing up to look like a blond Hugh Grant, innit he?

"innit he" is not grammatically correct. "innit" is a contraction of "isn't it." may your your adopted slang be more wisely used.

My use of 'innit' is really just a riff on how a girl I counselor-ed for at camp for three years straight talked. It has nothing to do with any correct use of the word, slang though it may be. I am fully aware of this.

You think William looks like Charles? Really? I always thought he looked like his mother, and lately I'd started giving credence to the theory that he does resemble his father, but...not Charles.
